• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our automated AI assistant.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any text message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or email sheel@medi-sync.ai.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use our automated AI agents and integrations responsibly. Any abusive language, spam, or attempts to exploit the system architecture will result in immediate termination of access.
